The existing tools did not provide the specific functionality or efficiency that the company needed, resulting in manual and disconnected processes that affected productivity and customer service.
Proposed solution
RedFox developed a customized ERP-like application for Smart Projects, offering a complete solution for order tracking, shipping, inventory, customers, billing, and payments. The application, available on both desktop and mobile, includes automatic shipment assignment, digital signature, automatic email confirmations, and the generation of a unique QR code for orders, facilitating comprehensive and efficient management.
