Problem description
The client required a system that would allow them to easily and integrally manage the vacations and permissions of the different employees in the company. They also required to integrate a customized dual authorization process (immediate supervisor and manager) to better control the processes. Additionally, their objective was to provide visibility to the employees regarding their vacation availability.
Proposed solution
A cloud-based system was designed and developed with different profiles that would allow both administrators and collaborators to manage information comprehensively. The system was designed to provide visibility of available vacation days and a transparent process for requesting vacation.
Results obtained
The following results were obtained within a maximum range of 12 months.
